The Font Thing 0.80 is a program for managing TrueType fonts in Windows.
It allows you to browse detailed font information about your installed and uninstalled fonts, in subfolders as a single combined list. You can view sample text and individual characters, changing sample text "on the fly" or easily switching between your own standard text samples, print font samples, and associate notes with fonts.
You can also install or uninstall any number of fonts at once, load or unload any number of fonts for temporary usage, copy, rename or delete any number of font files at once, filter, group or compare fonts.
On the left of the screen you will see the list of installed fonts. On the right you will see five tabs. Each one of this tabs will give you different information about the highlighted font.
"Sample" will show you how the highlighted font looks like when used in a phrase.
"Multiple" will show the same, but using all installed fonts.
"Characters" will display the ASCII code for each character.
"Font Info" will display all the information related to that font.
In the "Notes" tab you can include every note you want. The program will save that notes.
